Artist P. Gnana at Plush Art Spice Gallery, The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa

On Friday, January 15, 2016, Art Spice, the plush art gallery at five star deluxe hotel, The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa presented the inauguration ceremony of an enthralling exhibition “Emotion in Motion” by a fêted artist P. Gnana from Singapore. P. Gnana, Gallery Director of The Gallery of Gnani Arts, is a leading painter and sculptor in Singapore, whose art is in the collection of the President of the Republic of Singapore and the Singapore Art Museum of the National Heritage Board. With a line of themes such as ‘The Umbilical Bond’, ‘Be my valentine’, ‘Love in the dawn’, ‘Witness of love’, ‘Divine Intervention’ & Mother and Child’, P.Gnana an illustrious artist has put up 44 paintings and few sculptures at his solo exhibition at Art Spice.

Focusing on reality, his paintings tell a story and expresses different shades of emotions, experiences, relationships,aspirations, desires, and expectations of individuals. Curated by Vidhya Gnana Gouresan, the show reveal an artistic maturity that has enabled the artist to seriously focus, ‘explain’ and ‘speak’ about his subject matter. Over finest wines and hors d’oeuvres, the incandescent event at the capital was inaugurated by The High Commissioner of Singapore, H. E. Mr. Lim Thuan Kuan amidst all the high profile personalities and dignitaries from various fields including Norbert Gutsche, Attaché, Head of Visa Section, German Embassy, TAY Lian Chew, Regional Director, International Enterprise Singapore, artist Rashmi Khurana,artist Pratima Sheth, amongst others. The show was supported by Abraxas Lifestyle, a premium magazine, Business Standard, a leading financial paper and Brooks Brothers, a luxury clothing brand.
