Go Wild for Life : World Environment Day, 2016

Tender human relations nurture in the lap of nature, and it is nature that gives you perception to visualize the fathomless. There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, grandeur in the far-reaching sea, and serenity in the sparkling sky – nature and its miracles are bountiful. Humans are blessed with an innate quality of adaptation to the environment, and this adaptation brings one closer to ‘nature’. From the onset of civilization, the nature-human relationship defines reciprocity, where humans have largely exploited natural resources for their survival. The concurrent scenario is that, the threats to nature are ample and each one of us is unintentionally hampering the environment. Looking into the measures that need to be taken, to protect nature, one has to compromise on the ‘comforts of life’, which in today’s developing society is next to impossible.
